When you sign in with Google, we request access to:
- Your Google account name and email address
- Your Gmail messages (read-only access to display emails)
- The ability to send emails on your behalf
3. How We Use Your Data
- To display and organize your emails within Eanbox
- To store your folders, tasks, notes, and files in our database
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties
- We do not use your data to train AI models
4. Data Storage
Your folders, tasks, notes, and files are stored in a secure database. Your Gmail emails are fetched directly from Google and are not permanently stored on our servers.
5. Data Deletion
You can request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us. You can also revoke Eanbox's access to your Google account at any time via Google Account Permissions.
